PROCESSING TIME: 2-5 days. This is the time it could take to complete making the cup before it is ready to be shipped. Due to the nature of the solutions used, I will need to allow for the cup to go through a process called de-gassing in order to remove all the major air bubbles in the cup. One air bubble will always remain in the cup to allow for the solution to expand should the cup go through cooler climates. This keeps the cup from breaking so it is very important to keep at least one air bubble. This doesn’t apply to drip/lava, milk, and milkshake effects.
Estimated ship date: Sept 29th (or sooner!) You’ll get tracking as soon as your cup ships. OR you will be issued a refund if your order is not able to be shipped out by this date!

💕 Cup Care Instructions 💕
Hand wash only using a soft sponge
Avoid soaking or scrubbing the cup
Keep away from extreme heat
Not microwave or dishwasher safe
Store upside down to dry completely
For glitter and milky style cups, give it a gentle shake to get the solution moving
For drip cups, do not shake them. Gently rotate them up and down to enjoy their effects
For tie dye cups, no special shaking is required to enjoy it's effect. It does not move.
Please note: Small air bubbles may appear during shipping. These are normal and not considered defects or eligible for exchanges or refunds.
